Liposuction, getting ready to walk down the aisle in Tucson, AZ*

This is a twenty six year old woman from Nogales, Arizona that came to Rao Plastic Surgery that was interested in liposuction. She had been going to the gym daily and had been dieting, but had stubborn areas of fat that she was looking to address. She is set to get married next year, and wanted to look great for her wedding day. During our consultation we discussed the areas that she wanted to address. She was looking to improve the contour of her abdomen, flanks, arms, back, and inner thighs. She had not any prior surgery in any of the areas that she was looking to address. On exam she did have areas of fat deposits with minimal excess skin. As we discussed her photos I explained that she would be good candidate for liposuction. I explained that liposuction would address the fat and that since she had such good quality skin that I did not anticipate that she would have loose or sagging skin after liposuction. Her surgery was performed at an outpatient surgery center in Tucson, Arizona. We started by performing liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs while she was lying on her back. We then changed her position and placed her on her side to get to her back and bra fat area. From the lateral decubitus (side) position we also addressed her arms. I liposuctioned a total of four liters of fat from the various areas. She was placed in a postoperative garment after surgery.She is now two months out from surgery and she cannot wait wait to show off her new figure.
