Breast Augmentation from A cup to C cup in Tucson, AZ*

This twenty four year old woman from Sierra Vista came to our Tucson, Arizona office interested in a breast augmentation. She was an A cup and was interested in being a C cup. During our initial consultation her physical exam did not reveal any masses. She tried on the implant sizers and liked the appearance of the 300 cc sizers. We discussed her surgical options and the types of implants. I explained that I would use an incision in her breast fold under the breast and I would place the implants in a submuscular pocket. I had recommended smooth round implants because she was wanting to achieve upper pole fullness. I also recommended silicone implants since silicone is a more natural feeling implant and there is less wrinkling and rippling than with a saline implant. She did not want to regret what size implants she chose, so we brought her back to the office prior to surgery and tried on the sizers again. She ended up choosing slightly larger implants. She chose 350 cc implants which was a good fit for her base width. Her surgery went very well and she was discharged to home. She had an uneventful recovery and is 3 months out from her surgery. She loves her results from her breast augmentation!
