Breast Augmentation, 425cc saline implants for fuller breast in Tucson, Az*

This is a 19-year-old woman from Tucson, Arizona that came to Rao Plastic Surgery to learn more about a breast augmentation. She was a B cup and was looking to be full D cup or DD cup. She had not had any prior breast problems and she did not have a family history of breast problems. During her consultation, her exam was unremarkable. She tried on different implant sizers and she liked the appearance of the 425 cc implant sizers. Due to her age, I recommended saline breast implants. I explained that the FDA recommends saline implants in women less than 22 years of age. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation through an inframammary incision with 420 cc saline implants. She tolerated the surgery well and was discharged from the surgery center after a short time in recovery. She is now three months out from surgery and loves her results from her breast augmentation.
