Breast Augmentation, looking for full DD cup size in Tuscon, AZ*

This is a 32 year old woman from Tucson, Arizona that came to Rao Plastic Surgery to discuss her options for breast implants. At the time of the consultation she was as C cup and was interested in a being a DD cup. She had breastfed and felt that her breasts had lost volume. She had not any problems with her breasts. During her initial consultation I did not appreciate any masses. She had a slight amount of ptosis or sagging of her breasts, but I explained that would be improved with placement of the implants and that at this time she would not need a lift. She tried on implant sizers and liked the appearance of 400 cc implants. Based on her base width of 12.5 cm I recommended a full profile implant that would allow for the volume, but would also fit within the confines of her breast. Her breast augmentation was performed at a surgery center in Tucson, Arizona. I used an inframammary incision and performed a submuscular dual plane breast augmentation. A Keller funnel was used to place 415 cc smooth round full profile Natrelle implants. She tolerated the surgery very well and was discharged home the same day as her surgery after a short stay in the recovery room. She had an uneventful recovery. She is now four months out and loves that she has the fullness in her breasts that she had prior to breast feeding.
