Breast Augmentation, from C cup to D cup in Tucson, Az*

This is a 23 year old woman who came to Rao Plastic Surgery and was interested in a breast augmentation. She is a mother of one and had loss of breast volume after her pregnancy and breast feeding, especially in the upper pole. She had no past medial history of any prior breast problems. She was currently a full B and was interested in being a full C or small D cup. In her initial consultation she did not have any masses and did not have any sagging of her breast despite her pregnancy and breast feeding. It is important to evaluate for sagging, because it is common to develop sagging of the breast after pregnancy. If significant sagging is present, a breast lift as well as a breast augmentation would result in the best aesthetic outcome. She tried on various implant sizers and she liked the appearance of the 350 cc breast implants. We discussed her breast implant options and she elected to go with round, smooth silicone implants. Her surgery was performed at an outpatient surgery center in Tucson, Arizona. Using an incision in the inframammary incision I placed her 350 cc smooth round Mentor Moderate Profile Plus implants behind the muscle using the Keller funnel. She tolerated her surgery very well and she had an uneventful recovery. She is now over 3 months out from her breast augmentation surgery and is extremely happy with her new look.
