Breast Augmentation, Mother of 4 wanting fuller breasts in Tucson, AZ*

This is a 36 year old mother of four living in Tucson, Arizona that was interested in a breast augmentation. In her initial consultation at Rao Plastic Surgery I learned that she had breastfed her four children and felt that she had lost volume after breastfeeding. She was currently a B cup and was looking to be a full C cup. During her initial consult I did not appreciate any masses on exam. She did not have ptosis but she did have slight amount of excess skin common after breast feeding. She tried on different sizers and liked the appearance of a 300 cc sizer. After reviewing all her implant options she elected to go with a smooth round silicone implant. Her surgery was performed at an outpatient surgery center. She underwent submuscular placement of 300 cc smooth round silicone implants using a Keller Funnel. In addition to her breast augmentation, she had an inframammary (at the undersurface of the breast) skin excision on each side to remove the excess skin . She did well with surgery and was discharged home shortly after surgery. Her postoperative recovery was uneventful. She is now three months out after surgery and she is loving her results.
