Breast Augmentation, 450cc Silicone Implants, full DD cup in Tucson, AZ*

This is a 29 year old mother from Yuma, Arizona that came to Rao Plastic Surgery to discuss having a breast augmentation. During her consultation I learned that she had lost some volume in her breast after breastfeeding. She was a B cup and looking to be a full D cup or possibly a DD cup. Her exam did not reveal any masses or ptosis. She had tried on different implant sizers and liked the appearance of the 450 cc sizers. We discussed implant options and we decided that smooth round silicone implants would best achieve her aesthetic goals. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation with 450 cc smooth round Mentor memory gel implants at an outpatient surgery center in Tucson, Arizona. Her breast implants were placed using a Keller funnel through an inframammary incision. She was discharged home from the surgery center. She is now three months out and she loves her results.
