Breast Augmentation, Looking for fuller breast in Sierra Vista, AZ*

This is a 41-year-old woman from Sierra Vista, AZ that had set up a consultation at Rao Plastic Surgery to learn more about breast augmentation surgery. She was a B to C cup depending on the bra, and she was looking to be a full C cup to a small D cup. After using our implant sizing system in the office, she liked the appearance of the 400 cc sizer. After reviewing her photos with her we discussed that she had asymmetry between her two breasts. I explained that everyone has some degree of asymmetry between their breasts. I explained to her that in order to try and balance her breast size I would use different size breast implants for each breast. Her breast augmentation was performed at a surgery center in Tucson. I used an incision in her inferior breast fold to hide the incision, and created a pocket behind her muscle for her implants. I used different breast implant sizers in the operating room until I decided that a smooth round medium profile 345 cc Natrelle Inspira Allergan implant for the right breast and a smooth round medium profile 405 cc Natrelle Inspira Allergan implant for her left breast achieved the best symmetry. Both of her implants were placed in the submuscular pocket using a Keller funnel. She did wonderful after her procedure and was discharged home shortly after surgery. Her recovery was uneventful. She is now 3 months out from her surgery and enjoying her results.
