Breast Augmentation, Looking for fuller breast in Tucson, AZ*

This is a 24-year-old woman from Safford, AZ that came to Rao Plastic Surgery in Tucson, AZ to learn more about a breast augmentation. She was a B cup and was looking to be around a D cup. During her consultation I learned that she did not have any family history of any breast problems and she had not breast fed. During her consultation we discussed different implant types including saline versus silicone, we discussed the advantages of each. I had her try on implant sizers to determine which size would achieve her aesthetic goals. She ended up liking the appearance of the 450 cc sizer. Due to her petite frame and with the size that she was choosing I recommended using a full profile implant, which would allow her to choose a larger implant, but still have it fit the width of her breast. I recommended using a silicone implant for her due to the fact there would be less rippling and wrinkling and I also recommended placing the implants behind the muscle for the same reason. Her breast augmentation was performed at outpatient surgery center in Tucson, Arizona. I used an inframammary incision and performed a dual plane submuscular breast augmentation using 450 cc Natrelle full profile silicone breast implants. Her implants were placed using the Keller funnel. She was discharged from the surgery center shortly after her breast augmentation. Her postoperative recovery was uneventful. She is 6 months out from her surgery and loves her results.
