Looking for fuller breast for petite woman in Tucson, AZ*

This is a 23-year-old woman from Tucson, Arizona that was interested in getting breast implants and came to Rao Plastic Surgery for a consultation. She was currently in A cup and was looking to be a full C to a small D cup. She had not breast fed and she did not have any prior problems with her breast. During her consultation I took bio-dimensional measurements of her breasts to help guide implant selection. We had a discussion about the different implant types and she was interested in silicone implants. She tried on implant sizers and she liked the appearance of a 350 cc breast implant. Due to her petite size and her narrow base width and recommended using a high profile implant which would allow us to place a larger implant without it being too wide for her breasts. I also recommended we placed implant behind the muscle to prevent against rippling and wrinkling of implant. Her breast augmentation was performed at an outpatient surgery center in Tucson Arizona. I utilized an inframammary incision and performed a dual plane submuscular breast augmentation. Utilizing a Keller funnel I placed 355 cc smooth round Mentor Memory Gel Xtra Breast implants. She tolerated surgery well and was discharged from the surgery center after a short stay in recovery. Postoperative recovery was uneventful and she is now 3 months out from her breast augmentation and loves her results.
