Breast Augmentation*

This is a 33-year-old woman that sought a consultation with Rao Plastic Surgery to learn more about breast implants. She was an A cup at the time of the consult and was looking to be a D cup. On exam she had good quality tissue without any sagging of her breasts despite breast feeding in the past. We talked about the different type of implants and we both felt a smooth round silicone implant was the best option for her aesthetic goals. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation at a surgery in Tucson, AZ. She had 415 cc smooth round full profile Natrelle Inspira silicone breast implants placed through an inframammary incision using a keller funnel. She did well with surgery and she is now two years out from surgery and happy to have achieved her aesthetic goals.
