Breast Augmentation after weight loss in Tucson, AZ*

This is a 32-year-old woman that set up a consultation with Rao Plastic Surgery in Tucson, AZ to learn more about breast implants. During her consultation she had shared that she had lost a significant amount of weight and with that had lost breast volume. She was down to an A cup. She was looking to be around a C cup. On exam she had good quality skin despite her weight loss. I explained that most women when they lose a considerable amount of weight will develop ptosis or sagging of the breast. Using a keller funnel, 350 cc smooth round Mentor Ultra High profile silicone breast implants were placed.
