Breast Augmentation, petite woman in Tucson, Az*

This is a 24 year old woman that had come to our office at Rao Plastic Surgery to learn more about a breast augmentation. During her consultation I learned that she was a B cup and was looking to be around afull C cup. She had not had any children nor had she had any prior issues with her breasts. During her physical exam she did not have any masses and she had good skin quality with no sagging of her breasts. Like all woman she had asymmetry between her breasts. Using biodimensional measurements and on physical exam I determined that her right breast was larger than her left breast. I explained that no one has perfect symmetry in their breasts. I recommended to try and improve her symmetry we used different size implants at the time of surgery. She tried on our implant sizers and liked the appearance of the 300 cc implants. Her breast augmentation was performed at a surgery center in Tucson, AZ. I used an inframammary incision to create a pocket for her implant below her pectoralis major muscle. I utilized different implant sizers and sat her up in surgery and felt that she had the best symmetry with a 300 cc implant on the right side and a 350 cc implant on the left. Once that was determined the permanent implants were placed using a Keller funnel. She tolerated surgery and had a smooth postoperative recovery. She is now 3 months out and loves her results.
