Breast Augmentation with Symmetry work and Increased Volume in Tucson, AZ!*

This is a 36 year old female from Tucson who was interested in a bilateral breast augmentation and I believed she was a great candidate for this procedure after her consultation. We discussed the procedure in great detail as well as implant sizes and I recommended smooth, round, silicone implants to be placed beneath the muscle. To determine the volume of the implants, she used both implant sizers and our Crisalix 3D simulation software. Based on the photos, measurements, and the Crisalix 3D software I noted that she had some asymmetry between her breasts. I recommended that we use different size implants to balance out her symmetry. She underwent surgery at a surgery center in Tucson. During surgery I used intraoperative sizers to determine what sizes would give her optimal symmetry. I determined that she had the best symmetry with a 380mL smooth round high profile Mentor MemoryGel Xtra breast implant on the right side, and on the left side I placed a 415mL smooth round high profile Mentor MemoryGel Xtra breast implant. She had an uneventful postoperative course. She is now 6 months since the surgery, and she is thrilled with her results.
