Breast Augmentation with a Lift to Create A Fuller Look in Tucson, AZ

This is a 50 year old female who was interested in talking to Dr. Rao about a breast augmentation along with a mastopexy (lift). She wanted to improve the fullness of her breasts after having 3 kids. Her cup size was around a C-D and she was looking to achieve a DD cup. I decided she would be a great candidate for a breast augmentation as well as mastopexy, or a lift due to the ptosis in her breasts, and upper pole deflation. She was interested in reducing the size of her areolas as well, so I decided to perform a Periareolar Mastopexy through the nipple. The procedure was discussed in great detail as well as the varying implant sizes and what she was looking to achieve.. the 3D Crisalix simulation was used as well, and she agreed to the 350cc sizers, and soon after underwent surgery at a surgery center in Tucson. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation with 350cc smooth, round, high profile Mentor MemoryGel implants on both breasts, and performed a periareolar mastopexy as well. The surgery went great, it has now been over 6 months since the procedure, and she has continued to love the appearance of her new breasts!
