Tucson, Az, Breast Augmentation , Mastopexy,*

This is a 51 year old mother of three that came to Rao Plastic Surgery in Tucson, Arizona to learn about a breast augmentation. She was a small C cup and looking to be a full D cup. During her initial consultation I had learned that she had breastfed her children and had recently lost weight. On exam she did have loss of volume in her upper poles of her breasts as well as ptosis (sagging) of her breast tissue. She had tried on implant sizers and liked the appearance of a 350 cc implant. We had an extensive discussion and I explained to her that in addition to a breast augmentation she would need a breast lift. I explained that without a lift her breast tissue would not be centered over the implant. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation with a concomitant mastopexy (breast lift) at an outpatient surgery center in Tucson, Arizona. She did well after surgery and had an uneventful. She is now eight months out from her surgery and absolutely loves her results.
