Breast Reduction from a HH Cup to a Full C Cup in Tucson, AZ*

This is a 52 year old woman who was seeking a consultation for a breast reduction at Rao Plastic Surgery. She was wearing HH cup bras and was hoping to have her breasts reduced to a full C cup. She had severe macromastia and was experiencing discomfort and neck pain with how heavy her breasts felt. Our physical examination showed severe ptosis, or sagging, of her breasts. We discussed her options and determined we could help rid her of the discomfort. During her consultation, I believed she would be a great candidate for breast reduction surgery in order to help her achieve the comfort and appearance that she was searching for. Soon after, I performed the surgery at an outpatient surgery center in Tucson, AZ. Using an anchor incision technique, I removed nearly one pound of breast tissue from each breast. She had a smooth postoperative course. It has now been 6 months since her surgery, and is no longer experiencing the pain and discomfort that she had pre-operatively. She is very pleased with the appearance of her new breasts!
